IP Geolocation by DB-IP: https://db-ip.com

The domestic IP ranges included in full client profiles and geoip-cn.srs are
derived from the DB-IP IP to Country Lite database. The edition, source URL,
verified hashes and coverage review for each release are recorded at:

Changes by RayLink: selected geographical country=CN records, normalized
their exact IPv4/IPv6 ranges, and converted them to native rule sets and
client configuration formats. No registration-country or ASN-wide fallback
is added. DB-IP does not endorse RayLink. Retain this attribution and the
license reference when sharing these data or their adaptations.

RayLink uses a reviewed, checksum-pinned snapshot of sr_ad_only.conf and
converts only its DOMAIN-SUFFIX entries to native sing-box, Mihomo and Egern
rule-set formats. The upstream IP-CIDR rules are excluded to reduce false
positives on shared addresses and CDN traffic. Exact source commit, hashes,
counts and build instructions are retained at:

These data are provided without warranties, including accuracy or fitness
for a particular purpose. Geolocation and domain classifications can be
incomplete or incorrect and do not guarantee connectivity. The full license

Node-only subscriptions contain no bundled routing database. This notice
licenses the routing data only; it grants no rights to private node access
credentials, accounts or traffic entitlements.
